CHUCKWAGONS, INC. 1975-1983

President and Chief Operating Officer of 7-unit restaurant chain located in Philadelphia metropolitan area. The Chuckwagons featured oversized sandwiches, 50 varieties of imported beer and popular specialty items to support the Western theme and décor.
